What is tufted carpet?
Tufted carpet is the most common carpet manufacturing method at present.
Tufting is to use high-speed machines to vertically insert yarn into the non-woven base (primary backing) to form a dense and uniform pile loop structure (pile loop). This production technology is highly efficient and cost-effective, and is suitable for commercial and household floor mats, carpets and other products.

•The pile surface is neat, soft and elastic
•Low cost, suitable for mass production, fast production
•Can be made into cut pile (pile surface) or loop pile (pile loop)
